Complete and return:
Health Record with exam	You will be notified if an exam is needed.  Complete pages 1 and 3.  Have a physical exam within two years of coming to camp, and have the doctor complete and sign the exam form, page 2.  If your physical exam is less than one year old, it will be kept in our files for next year.  A current tetanus immunization, within 10 years, is required, if vaccine is available.  Be sure to sign both authorizations on the front page.

Pre-Camp Training	Attendance is required or make-up studies will be needed.
Cherith Clues	The staff abides by the policies in the camper "Clues" unless superseded by policies in the staff notebook.  More complete information is found in the staff notebook.
Outcomes	This document explains the specific quality (asset) that we have chosen to focus on this summer, so that we will better accomplish our goal of providing long-lasting benefits for the campers.  As you prepare for all aspects of camp, think about how to help campers achieve this year's outcome.

Staff Agreement	The agreement confirms the staff member's assignment.  Please read it carefully and sign.  Keep one copy and return the other.

Bible Exploration and Morning Watch

For counselors: The Bible Exploration book contains the daily Bible studies and memory verses.  These need to be fully prepared before you arrive at camp.  The Morning Watch book guides the camper through a personal quiet time that correlates to the day's Bible Exploration.
